In a Montessori-inspired classroom, the teacher's first task is to watch. Our educators observe how each child works, where their curiosity leads, and what they are ready for next — then prepare the environment and the invitation that meets them there.

Because we assess continuously rather than through examinations, our team keeps a living record of every child's progress, and shares it openly with families through the year.
